During my internship, I acted as social media manager for Cadman, a gravel, sand and concrete supplier. I studied Facebook insights to better understand the client’s target audience (825+ fans) and researched potential content sources for posts. I developed a regular Facebook posting schedule, using Facebook insights to target the best times to post. I successfully planned and executed the brand’s first Facebook photo contest campaign using Woobox that received ten entries and above average engagement rates on related posts. In three months, page likes organically increased by 4% and posts regularly received above average engagement rates (>1%).
